My name is Paro Sen and I am the Middle School Outreach Officer for the University of Michigan’s section of the Society of Women Engineers. I wanted to reach out to you to let you know about Girls’ Night Out, an upcoming engineering outreach event for girls in 6th – 8th grade and their parents that our section is hosting. Girls’ Night Out will be on Friday, November 20th from 5:00 – 8:30 PM, and will include engineering activities, a student panel, guest speakers, and dinner. Please forward this information to any teachers, parents, or students who may be interested and would benefit from attending this event. Registration is $6 per person, and 60 spots for students are available.
