Opportunity to Host a Leader Dog for the Blind at Our School

Dear Parents,

O.L. Smith has the opportunity to host a Leader Dog for the Blind puppy-in-training at our school during the 2016-2017 school year. As a school community, we would help socialize a yellow lab puppy throughout the school year, preparing it to ultimately become a service animal to a visually impaired individual through Leader Dogs for the Blind.  As our partners in education, we value your opinions and are asking for your feedback regarding this proposed community based project.   All survey responses are anonymous.  Thank you for your help!
