As many people enjoyed a snow day in the warmth of their homes, Viking Teacher Leaders spent the day at Wayne County Community College in Belleville learning from Dr. Elmore how to implement instructional rounds in which teachers emulate the same practices that medical practitioners have in place as far as observing one another and collaborating regarding a problem practice-  to improve our instructional practices at O.L.Smith.

Our students are extremely blessed to have teachers who will drive in inclement weather and spend their “snow day” learning how to improve instruction and move our school forward.
