ALL-STAR BOOK FAIR AND FAMILY OPEN GYM AND SWIMMING NIGHT

To celebrate our All-Star Scholastic Book Fair please join us with your O.L. Smith student and family on the evening of Wednesday, March 27 from 5:30- 8:00 pm TO SHOP THE BOOK FAIR AND ENJOY A FREE NIGHT OF OPEN GYM AND SWIMMING AT SCHOOL! The gym will be open for basketball and open gym activities and the pool and locker rooms will be open across the hall for all of our families to use and enjoy. Several of our teachers have graciously volunteered to run the gym activities and monitor the pool. We will also have a bookmark making contest station and a bookmark craft table- younger siblings are welcome to join all the fun, also!

Entry for this event will ONLY be through the Main Doors (near the office and media center). Doors will open at 5:30 pm and families must check in at the table near the Media Center. We invite you to visit our Scholastic Book Fair which will open at 5:30 and have evening hours for shopping! Purchase some great books and support our school at the same time! Gym and pool access will begin at 6:00 pm and end at 8:00.

We will also have water and light snacks available for purchase- proceeds support the O.L. Smith PTSA.

Please note, students MUST attend with a parent or adult guardian, and ALL children under middle school age MUST have an adult accompany them to the pool.

This is a PTSA sponsored event, but we cannot run it without your help! Please consider volunteering some of your time for set-up, clean-up, event activities or by donating some concessions items for sale with the signup genius that will be sent out soon.  Stay tuned!
