NO BACK PACKS THURSDAY, JUNE 13th OR FRIDAY, JUNE 14th
1) Track athletes: If you have not returned your track uniform to Mr. Hesch, you must return it before Friday, June 14th in room 30 to receive your report card.
2) Yearbooks for students who purchased a picture packet will be passed out this week. 6th & 7th grade students who purchased a picture packet will receive their yearbook on Wednesday. Any questions, please see Ms. Bitar in room 30.
3) Any girl interested in EFHS volleyball please come see Ms. Ball in room 74. Volleyball camp forms are available in the main office.
4) Students should check the lost and found area for items they have misplaced. Any item remaining in the lost and found will be donated.
5) The 8th Grade Cedar Point trip is today.
6) Backpacks will not be permitted Thursday, June 13th or Friday, June 14th. On Friday, June 14th students will open their lockers during A2 for teacher inspection and MUST BE CLEANED OUT COMPLETELY! Lockers are to remain open for the day Friday, June 14th.
7) Cultural Food Days will be the following days in Ms. J’s room: Wednesday, June 12th: 1st Hour & 5th Hour Thursday, June 13th: 3rd Hour
8) 6th Grade end of the year field trip to The Adventure Park in West Bloomfield will be TODAY and June 13th.
9) 8th grade Farewell & Promotion Ceremony will be held Thursday, June 13th from 6pm-7:30pm in the Edsel Ford H.S. auditorium. Students must arrive by 5:30pm. No formal wear for students and high heel shoes are not recommended. Refreshments will be served in the EFHS cafeteria following the ceremony.
10) The 8th Grade dance will be Friday, June 14th from 9:30-10:50am in the cafeteria. Beginning at 10:45am, 6th & 7th grade students and staff will line the atrium to the front doors to “clap-out” the 8th graders. All students will follow the 8th grade students out the front doors after the “clap-out” to end the school year. Remember to take all possession with you to the “clap-out” as students will not be permitted to re-enter the building on Friday.
