REMINDER – FALL FESTIVAL TONIGHT

Greetings Vikings,

Our wonderful PTSA is sponsoring our Fall Festival this evening from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. I hope to see you all there tonight!

As students prepare for Halloween, I would like to send  this reminder that Halloween costumes, of any kind, are NOT permitted at O.L.Smith on Halloween Day, Thursday, October 31st.

Students should not bring masks, make-up or hair products to school. Anyone found with these items will have them confiscated.  Gum and candy are not permitted in the building, as usual. Please save your trick-or treating for the evening festivities. This has been and continues to be the rule at O.L.Smith for several years.

Students may wear orange and black but please follow the school dress code, outlined in the student handbook sent home during the summer. We will treat Thursday as a regular school day where LEARNING is our focus and students are expected to fully participate in each class throughout the day.

STUDENTS CAN WEAR THEIR COSTUMES TO OUR FALL FESTIVAL TONIGHT!!!!!

Thank you for your support and partnership and we hope you have a fun filled evening with your family.

Principal of O.L.Smith Middle School
