Hello Vikings!
Coach Wellman here. As I was going through one of our track team workouts, I had thought. Just because we are going through this trying time and are stuck at home, doesn’t mean that we can’t keep up with our fitness! So, I created a Track Google Classroom page for all of you. On this page you will find a 6 week at home workout schedule. Many of these workouts you would have seen throughout the track season at some point. This page will allow you to communicate directly with me as you go through the workout, share your successes, your struggles, ask questions and motivate each other to keep working out!
If you go out for a run or walk please notify and get permission from parents…OR TAKE THEM WITH YOU!!
I will be monitoring and adding in my own motivation. IF anyone abuses this, or posts unwanted comments, they will be immediately removed from the group and Adminstrators and Parents will be notified.
We are all on the same team and in this together! Let’s help push each other to be our best and help each other through it!
