REMINDER- All mums order forms and payments are due Tuesday, September 15th to the Smith Main Office!

Please support your Smith PTSA and the student WEB Leaders fundraiser by purchasing your Fall mums supplied by Schwartz’s Greenhouse. Click on the download link below to view the flyer and the order form. 

Students should collect orders and record them on the order form.  Checks may be made payable to “O.L. Smith PTSA” and dropped off along with the order form in the office during school hours (7am-4pm) no later than Tuesday, September 15th, or you may text or email Robbin Makled at 313-319-7199 or robbin.tenglin@gmail.com to coordinate a drop-off directly to her.

Orders will be delivered to the school on Thursday, Sept. 22 and must be picked up on this day at the Notre Dame Street side of the building near the school garden.
