The summer packet for all Smith 2021-2022 families have been mailed. Inside the mailing packet, look for the welcome back letter from Principal Jebril, a Smith magnetic calendar with district dates, the PBIS student manual and important forms such as the Smith Dress Code, Code of Conduct and Cell Phone Policy for all students. All packets include a sports physical, and the 6th grade packets include the green Health Form needed for middle school, and a suggested supply list.
