Please update the emergency form for your child in Parent Connect for the 2021-2022 school year through the Dearborn Schools website using your PIN/Password (Click here for dearbornschools.org).
If you do not have a PIN/Password, please click on ‘Need Your Login Information?’ found on left side of the screen in Parent Connect. Enter the email address you have provided to the district and the system will email you the PIN/Password. If your email has changed, please contact Student Services at (313) 827-3005 or the Smith Main Office at (313) 827-2800.
Once you have logged into Parent Connect using your unique PIN and password, just click on the ‘Back to School Emergency Form Update’.
