Our Viking Garden Club certainly was eager to get to work! Ms. Savage and her team of Viking botanists were not going to let the snow and freezing temperatures hinder their “growth”. The students began planting indoors, to eventually transplant into our community garden. Our neighborhood garden angel and Smith Alumni, Ms. Janet, worked with the club and shared her award-winning gardening tips!
