Students will be receiving a form for parents and guardians to fill out. This information is very important and determines the services and supplies the US Department of Education has entitled our students to. This form is the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) form. More Details are in the letter below.
Based on the forms, funding will be available for our students. Not all students will get these forms. If there are multiple students from the same family, the youngest sibling will be the only student the form needs to be filled out for.
Please take a moment to fill out the confidential forms and return to our office no later than September 27th, 2023/
