O.L. Smith Middle School

The Viking Week Ahead 10/27 – 11/3

Greetings Vikings!

The Big Night is Tonight! Come to the Westborn Car Wash Near Home Depot at 25073 Michigan Avenue and support OL Smith starting at 7pm!  The event was such a success last year other car washes are following our lead.  Huge thanks to the OL Smith PTSA, Mr. Turfe at Westborn Car Wash, and Mr. Haidous at Dairy Queen on Greenfield Road for supporting Smith with their time and resources!  The event runs Friday and Saturday 7-10 PM!

Marking Period 1 ends today.  I trust all had a great start.  Students have been reflecting on how they progressed in meeting their goals for the school year so far.  We are excited to head into the second half of Semester 1, which will include schedule changes for some, especially in 6th grade.  There is a lot to look forward to, including PBIS Building Reward #2 for November has been unveiled! No Disciplinary Referrals from 10/30 – 11/30  earns you cider and donuts at the end of the month! Make great choices, Vikings!  Finally, remember, next week on Halloween, the Dress Code applies.
