Mindfulness for Feeling Great with Healthy Bodies and Minds in our partnership with Wayne State University in the Teens Work it Out Program. Each week we focus on a mindful movement, mindful breathing, and mindful thoughts for an overall healthy day and life. This week we went through Movement 1, Breathing 1, and Thought 1. Student participation is offered daily during the Advisory Period. We are excited to have this incredible opportunity.
