Summer EBT is Back: Receive $120 Per Child for Groceries

SUN Bucks (formerly Summer EBT) is back, giving eligible families $120 per child to help buy groceries over the summer. You’ll be automatically enrolled if you’re already enrolled in SNAP, TANF, FDPIR, or qualify for free or reduced-price school meals. The benefits will be added to your SNAP account or issued on a separate EBT card and can be used in stores and online at retailers like Amazon and Costco. If you’re not automatically enrolled, you can apply by April 15, 2025, for the first round of benefits in May, with applications open until August 31, 2025. Just remember—funds expire 122 days after they’re issued, so be sure to use them in time.
