SAVE THE DATE: Free Dental Services for Smith students on Wednesday, May 29th
Starting at 9:00 am, Wednesday, May 29, 2019, Dentists R Us will be performing some free dental services for students at Smith Middle School. Forms will be distributed to the students the week of May 6th. Parents or guardians need to complete the form, sign it, and send it back to the main office by May 23rd. One student will have a chance to win an Android Tablet if 35 students or more participate in this free program.
We encourage all Smith families who do not have dental providers or who have not seen a dentist in the past 6 months to take advantage of this program.
