Please click on the link below to view the Dentist-R-Us flyer. Dentists-R-Us provide services to students conducted by Licensed Dentists and Hygienists. Dental treatment may include an oral exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment, sealants and any necessary x-rays. Smith families who do not have dental insurance or those students who have not had a dental exam within the past 6 months are eligible to participate in the Dentists-R-Us program. Complete the attached application and return to Smith Main Office by Thursday, May 23rd. Dentists-R-Us will be at Smith Middle School on Wednesday, May 29th.
