Family Health Clinic will be providing a FREE Mobile Health Care Clinic at the Dearborn Administrative Service Center (18700 Audette Dearborn, 48124) TODAY, February 5th from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Health services are available to all family members in the Dearborn Public Schools district.
There will be a physician on-site to provide the following services:
- Health Screenings
- Medical Assessments
- Point of Care Testing
- Pharmaceutical and Health Consultations for Adults and Children
