Good afternoon future DHS athletes and future DHS parents —

For your planning purposes the MHSAA has announced that all athletes playing a school sport in the 2021-22 school year will need to have a new athletic physical on file before particiapting.  We will not be using the health questionnaire next school year.  The MHSAA physical form can be found here — https://www.mhsaa.com/portals/0/documents/health%20safety/physical2page.pdf. 

 Also, any physical dated after 4/15/2021 is valid for the 2021-22 school year so it’s ok to start completing this requirement now.
