We are in desperate need of volunteers to deliver 8th grade yard signs this Wednesday, and with organizing in the morning Wednesday.  Remember, this is a surprise for the kids!
Let’s send our 8th graders out with a surprise “Congratulations!” lawn sign delivery to show them how proud we are of them!  We need drivers willing to pick up and deliver signs!  Each slot will be for the delivery of 4-5 signs – see the signup genius below.

Driving delivery PARENT volunteers should plan to arrive at O.L. Smith in the teachers’ parking lot on the Yale Street side of the building on Wednesday, June 16 at 9:00 am to pick up your signs and delivery addresses.   Your signs will be labeled and your addresses attached.  Lawn signs should be staked into the ground in front yard of the address.  You can sign up for multiple slots if you would like!  Delivery should take 30 minutes to an hour and we would like all signs to be delivered between the hours of 9:30 am and 4:30 PM on Wednesday.  If the student comes outside and is willing to pose for a photo, please send any pics to Robbin at 313-319-7199.  Also, please contact Robbin if you have any problems delivering a particular sign.
