O.L. Smith Middle School

Parent Volunteers Needed for the Haunted Car Wash this Saturday!

We are desperately in need of parent volunteers  for our Haunted Car Wash this Saturday evening, October 23 8-11 pm in order to run a successful event.  Unfortunately, we have only received FIVE parent volunteers sign up to dress in scary costume and help during this event (we asked for over 20 in the signup genius).   The PTSA is even willing to provide a costume if you don’t have one.  High school age volunteers are also welcome.

This event has generated a LOT of community interest and is sure to be great fun for the kids and community and to raise funds for our school.    Parents, we need your help though!  Please see the signup genius.  We definitely need volunteers high school age or above to dress in costume and scare cars during the event, towel dry, and take cash (Because of the evening nature of this event and moving cars, we can only use volunteers during the event that are high school age or above).  If you need a costume/mask please let Robbin Makled know Robbin.tenglin@gmail.com, 313-319-7199 and we can help you out.
Here is the signup genius link.  Please sign up today!
