OL Smith is now an Evergreen School, the highest designation a school can receive by the Wayne County Michigan Green School Green Program. Smith became an Emerald school during the 2014-15 school year, but worked harder this year to achieve the highest honor.
This student-led program was overseen by 7th grader Nicole Silvers. This group WAS relentless and passionate about our Green School Activities. Nicole kept the project on task and did not procrastinate!
