O.L. Smith Middle School

MLK RealDearborn March on Monday

Greetings!
Once again, our high school students are putting on the Martin Luther King RealDearborn march and we encourage our O.L.Smith students and families to participate. The event will be held on MLK day at the Dearborn Performing Arts Center. We are scheduled to march at 1:00 PM and end with brief presentations by our students and mayor.
This is a great opportunity for our students to learn about civic engagement and civil rights history.
Also, the mayor’s office will once again put together a video of the march. I would love to have O.L.Smith represented in the video!
