A-Day

1) 1/2 Day – Thursday, February 14th

No School – Friday, February 15th & Monday, February 18th

2) Edsel Ford Sideline Cheer & DU Competitive Cheer are hosting a meet and greet open to 6-8 graders on Thursday, February 14th from 5:00-6:00pm at Edsel Ford H.S. The link to register can be found at Efhscheer on Instagram. Coaches & Teammates will be there to preform and answer all questions.

3) PTSA Meeting – February 19th at 6:30pm in the Media Center.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

4) Change of information: Boys interested in playing football at Edsel Ford H.S. in the fall should attend a meeting in the atrium Wednesday, February 20th at 2:55pm.  Coach Mac will be here to pass out informational flyers and have a brief meeting.  All potential EFHS football players should attend this meeting.

5) Edsel Ford H.S. counselors/representatives will be speaking to future 9th grade students on February 22nd @ 1:15pm in the auditorium.

6) SURA photography class for students returns on Feb.19th Middle school students can learn photography through a 10-week class being offered at the Arab American Museum.  The class is designed to help students share stories about their lives, community and culture. The theme for this year is a personal look into what home is.  Point and shoot cameras will be provided, but the class will also incorporate smartphone technology.  Students’ work will be celebrated in the Museum’s annual Student Photography Exhibition.  Contact the Arab American Museum for more information.
