2025/2026 Athletic Registration is now open at DHS. We will once again be doing all of our athletic registration via Final Forms.
I’ve attached the Final Forms letter and parent playbook that we use to get people started on the registration process —
Folks can set up their account and upload their athletic physical but they won’t be able to select winter or spring sports until we get closer to those seasons.
